Muay Thai Kickboxing emphasizes simplicity and directness in its use of the body’s eight weapons, namely: punches, elbows, knees and kicks. However, Muay Thai’s secret weapon lies in its system of intense physical conditioning.

 

Also known as the Science of Eight Limbs, Muay Thai is effective in both open and closed distances, allowing you to defend yourself in almost any environment.

 

Our classes are interactive and training sessions feature cardio conditioning, stretching, jumping roping, Thai-style calisthenics, shadow boxing, heavy bag workouts, various reaction drills, and pad drills.
